During the POLARIN (Polar Research Infrastructure Network) Kickoff-Meeting at AWI with AWI vice director Dr Uwe Nixdorf and Ambassador Magdalena Atria and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Chile Ralf Miehe, AWI CoastCarbers gave an overview about the long-standing relations with Chile.

During a guided tour of the AWI building, the ambassador took the opportunity to feed Chilean cold-water corals with krill.
