My general research focuses on the study of complex coastal surface currents and how particles and pollutants are transported at the ocean’s surface. My research includes measurements of Lagrangian and Eulerian measurement techniques to understand the complex pathways and time scales of coastal ocean circulation.
My research activity in CoastCarb mainly consists of the investigation of surface currents and with drifters and the support of hydrodynamic measurements on ship-based campaigns in South Patagonia.
