My Research Interests

My research focuses on studying how the Antarctic benthic communities are responding to the climatic change shift experienced by the Antarctic Peninsula. Specially related to the effect of ocean acidification on calcifying and non-calcifying species.

My Objectives in CoastCarb

My main objective in CoastCarb is to study the effects of multiple environmental stressors on the bentho-pelagic coupling. Focusing principally in acidification, rise of temperature and sedimentation as stressors in Potter Cove.
