The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the strict travel restrictions worldwide continue to affect CoastCarb. Due to the travel restrictions, we are unable to have any secondments at the moment. The international exchange of researchers however is the main objective of CoastCarb. Together with our WP leaders and our Project Officer at the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission we decided therefore to suspend the project for the time being and as long as the ongoing pandemic prevents us from travelling. We hope to be able to take up the project again soon.
Meanwhile we are working in the background, organizing online meetings, staying in touch, sharing data and expertise – getting ready for our re-start.
